Day out at Donaghadee
We had a lovely first day. Mum's wee house in Bangor is so cozy. She had a warm fire going when we arrived, greeted us with big mugs of tea and we settled down for a lovely visit. Then we set off to have lunch at the swank Jamaica Inn which had a breathtaking view of the Irish Sea. The Fish N Chips with mushy peas were great, Bangers and Champ for Stephani was MMmm tasy, Mum had Potatoe Wedges. I'm getting used to driving here, and we found a spot to park overnight. Last night 18 GBP for parking ($36), we're off out in a minute to scope out eateries, the hotel buffet this morning was 10 GBP ($20) which is just too pricey. Tomorrow Mum's going to do a traditional Irish fry up with soda bread, the whole 9 yards, then we're going to drive up to the antrim coast to see The Great Causway.
Here are a few snaps from today.

Mum must have been so happy to see you. Nothing like a home cooked meal from your mama!
